TW Steel is a manufacturer specializing in big, sturdy dive watches and chronographs. Most of the watches have your standard Quartz movement putting them in the $400 - $700 price range. They have some slightly more upmarket automatics that go for about $1,000. They are defined by their huge cases (45mm and up) and oversized accents.
In the world of watches brand name is everything. We've watched companies like Nixon and Swiss Army build credible brands around good mid-market product over the years. Without knowing too much about TW Steel it would be hard to vouch for the quality of the product, but we're interested to see what happens.
